I recently received advice about some VERY distant relatives. Looking at some of the tabs I found one that showed my fathers name. I searched for him thinking that it woud provide a route to these VERY distant cousins.

The search produced no result for my fathers name, odd as it was you that provided it. I seem to be spending a lot of time on wild goose chases trying to find way pf contacting organisations like you and Microsoft and getting very little in the way of meaningfull results.

This is nothing new but it is becoming more frequent. Am I really that unique that nobody else on the planet wants answers to or has the same softwaer problems as me. Seemingly so, which makes me wonder if I should bother. 😉

    @ROnMcNMartin

    Hello, would you be willing to provide a bit more information so that we as a community can better help you?

    I am guessing that you are looking at some hints that are showing up on the FamilySearch tree. Could you provide the name and PID of the individual that you are looking at?

    Thank you :)
