My husband and I are the leads in the Family Search Center in Chambersburg, Pa. We called several months ago for an ink cartridge for the printer. We gave all of the info and they said it would be on its way. We have yet to see the ink cartridge. Can someone check on this, Please.
I am not sure why you are sending this message to me. I was just a Church member doing some Genealogy until recently. I am still an active Church member, just taking a pause from the Genealogy stuff. I have NOTHING to do with ink cartridges?????
I just had the same problem. I called Salt Lake and they told me that they won’t send a cartridge until the ink levels were at 2%. You need to leave your printer on all the time. That’s how they know what your ink levels are. ( Through the internet connection.) Hope this helps.
