cellphone number and email "not found"

hello. i am trying to help recover my some of the accounts of the youth in our ward. i have a list of their usernames and passwords but when we try to access it, it says "username or password is incorrect", and then when we try to retrieve the password, both email and cellphone #s are indicated "not found". Who or how might i be able to contact regarding the retrieval of their account? thank you.

HI Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking your question about accounts. This type of issue needs to be handled by phone. Please call 1-866-406-1830, hours are 8 to 8 MT Mon thur Sat, 1 to 8 MT on Sunday. The owner of the account must be present during the phone call. Hope this helps.
