Find possible merges

As we all know, there are lot of duplicates that need to be merged. I randomly find possible duplicate as I search though ancestors. But, I usually only find them when attempting to request ordinance work. Here are a couple of features that might help:

1) Indicate that there are possible duplicates a the top next to the name rather than only under tools. And, have the person's name in a red font to further flag that there is a possible duplicate.

2) Provide a search feature to find ALL possible duplicates within my own ancestry. This would be a tremendous aid in helping clean up duplicates.
