I cannot find a heading for these typed records. They look like possibly marriage records. Should I put them as "marriage' or No Extractable Data since I'm not sure? Greystroke must be the parish as listed at the bottom of the previous page?

This is an index of marriages. There are many, many questions just like yours about this project! I can't say what to do since I am just a volunteer too. I know at least one other person who is marking them NED and hoping that FamilySearch will see the problem.

I rarely view "Indexing" posts any longer as: (1) I'm not an indexer and (2) I find myself so exasperated with FamilySearch's project instructions, which make no allowances for common sense!

I also find it amazing that project participants apparently have no means of communication with their project leader. There have been two or three specific issues where similar problems are being reported, apparently without any means of getting someone at a higher level to take appropriate action to resolve the common problem(s) once and for all.
