The record has CWTN on it then number in order down the page with peoples name if widowed and place then a date with another's persons name. Not sure what kind of record this is? I wish they would give my info on the actual record for context. What should I do?

Please show the batch number so everyone can look at the batch and help you out. The batch number is at the end of the batch description such as [xxxx-xxx]

It looks like an index, the pattern of names suggests marriage records, so we'd only be guessing.

That is what I was thinking but the widow on the side was kind of throwing me off if it would be marriage.

I don't know what you should do, but, I'm pretty sure these are secondary sources (an index) and all marriages.

Here is the link to a record of the marriage the first couple, James Nicholson and Ruth White. They were a widow and widower remarrying on 16 January 1755.

Here is a link to a record of the third couple, William Bird and Anne Henderson who married on 10 Jun 1756.
