I am not liking your new Help Center. The old one was and is much better. Improvements are great but this is not one of them.
Hi, @Caryl! So sorry that you are disliking the Help Center improvements. These improvements are intended to help people find answers quicker, but clearly it isn't doing that for you. Can you tell us specifically how the old Help Center "was and is better"? Would you explain how the improvements are making things more difficult so that our product managers can make the system work better?
Thank you for your response. The "older" way was more straight forward. I guess we will need to learn and become familar with the new method. Some of the changes are not as easy to navigate.
