I do not understand why my photos were rejected from my memories? the one of my 7 year old daughter kissing her little 2 year old brother as he leans out of his crib should not be a problem... now what do I do??

The first level rejection is not by human review but by a computer algorithm that often gets it wrong. Reply to the rejection email asking for human review. I have to do it on almost every upload even when the upload is a proof statement, in my own words, explaining my conclusions.

It's kissing. They get very uptight about that. Don't expect it to get through, regardless of how silly the rule is for photos like the one described.
