Leaving comments for reviewers (Indexing)

Every once in a while I realize something about a name while indexing, but also realize that a reviewer may not have the same awareness and will then likely change what I entered: for example, today I came across a surname that looked like "Thicknefs." I checked for that surname on the internet and realized it was "Thickness," but the record keeper had used the archaic mode of recording a double 's.' It would be nice if there were a way to leave a note for the reviewer in such cases.

Thank you. Linda Bowman

Wow! I would hope all indexers would have been trained to recognize the big double s. I have seen it used quite a bit and as recently as the 1860's.
