indexing UK records question

The title of the batch is this:

UK, England, Cumberland—Parish Registers, 1590–1960 [Part A][MQ3W-7QC]

The record itself has no indicators as to if it is birthdates, baptism dates, burial dates, or marriage dates (I'm assuming it's not marriage, there is no obvious spouse). I checked the previous records and later records and no indication on any of them.

It seems as if it is just a list of the members of a certain parish, so I was marking them as baptism/birth/christening, and I put the date as their birthdate. But then I saw in some of the records they list two dates like this (this is just a made up example): (472) 1/1/1736; 8/5/1752. With the two dates, i'm confused and have no idea what that second date would be? Any ideas? Has anyone done these records, do they know? Thanks for any help

@jenniferkarinrobinson1 sorry to chime in so late --hope you still have your batch -- I am reviewing UK, England, Cumberland—Parish Registers, 1590–1960 [Part A] [MQ3W-QYG] -- You should also know that the date on each card is the Baptism/Christening Date not the Birth Date -- if you check, you will see that these are Sundays, the day of the week when most Christenings/Baptisms are performed --- Every record is indexed incorrectly - why? because there is no Sample of these cards -- which (I checked with my English cousin) were copied from the original parish records during the 1960's. I'm holding my batch and tagging @erutherford to lead me in the how to return for reindexing with a reason and I suggest FS pull these records for a re-do of all these cards

@maryellenstevensbarnes1, there are two ways to return a batch. They both involve clicking on Batch. The first one is then clicking on Return Batch, which just throws the batch back on the review/index pile (depending on which part you're in). The second one is by clicking on Reindex Batch. There you have the choice to return the batch to indexing by leaving it as-is or by deleting everything that has already been indexed (see pic). The only way that I currently know of to leave a note is to leave it here and hope that the mods see it.
