I had this problem back in December and it resolved after a few days. But once again, Family search is loading very slowly. Every click is taking 3-12 seconds to load. Click on the person's name and wait. Click on details or wherever else I want to go and wait. Click to edit and wait. It can take a long time to navigate around a page. Is anyone else having this issue this morning? I've done all the usual things. Restarted my computer. Checked my internet speed - it's fantastic. Every other website I try is completely fine.

I've noticed it happening as well on occasion but when it does it is usually in the mornings or afternoons when the highest number of users are likely on the website and straining the servers. I would recommend trying your search at later times in the evening when less people are using the website. Also how is the RAM on your computer? 8GB and 256 Memory has become the standard of a solid processing computer. If those stats are ok have you tried clearing the cookies of your internet browser? Sometimes the cookies queue too much of the same information causing lag. If that doesn't work have you tried different browsers? Internet Explorer, Google, Duckduckgo, ect.

    Good luck
