Problem with choosing ordinances to reserve

The old familysearch program allowed reserving only one of several ordinances when all but the one were already reserved. This newer program forces all to be reserved, or none. For instance, all of the ordinances are reserved by another person except for the sealing to the spouse, which I would like to reserve only, and then share it with the temple. Could you please allow this option in the new version.

I begged and pleaded for them to change this back. I am told that they may not want to unlink the sealing to parents from other ordinances because they need them all done and in order.

Just reserve the shared ones along with the incomplete sealing to parents. Share the ordinances and it will reject the ordinances that were previously shared. Then you can unreserve the previously shared BCIE.

This is only a problem with the sealing to parents if there is any incomplete work. If the BCIE have all been completed, you can reserve the sealing to parent and release it without jumping through the hoops. Sealing to Spouse is not dependent on the others being completed, although I don't know why. Maybe it was just the particular individuals I was working with.
