A tab with family baby names list

My idea is to add a tab for expecting parents to view a page that shows family names that they could use for their baby's name. Choosing a baby name can be a hard feat. Many would love to name their children after a family member but it may be a daunting task if they are needing to continuously click the arrows back on their family tree as they try to find a name they like. I think it would be important for Family Search to create a tab where they can find a alphabetical list of the names found from since passed relatives. It would be incredible if there was a tab full of ancestors names that would link to that relatives information. This way, expecting parents could find a family name they like and have an easy access to their records and stories. This would make the baby's family name picking much more easy and accessible.

While your Idea is that FamilySearch compile such a list on a separate tab - there is a Family Tree feature that allows you to compile a list of relations - as a work-around to your Idea. The Family Tree> Following tab - which does allow sorting by sex - which could be helpful in baby name selection. You can follow up to a maximum of 4000 Tree relations.

Here are a couple of Help Center articles that could help you compile such a list in your Following tab:

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/can-i-follow-an-individual-in-family-tree
    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-organize-and-label-ancestors-in-my-following-list-in-family-tree

(Almost forgot!) The mobile Family Tree app Map My Ancestors feature does provide a list with profile dots on a map - so you could explore that way also!

You could also use a 3rd party tree management solution - some have a list capability and have a free version you can download/try (don't know about baby list particularly - but a listing of ancestors in the tree is typical).
