Why are my indexing batches not being counted and recorded?

I noticed a few days ago that my indexing count was going up much slower than before. It is going up, however. Today, are you still noticing that the count isn't going up when finishing a batch? Are you returning batches or submitting them once completed?

I have indexed for years. The total stayed the same for 3 days straight. I have a goal of 100/day and it’s hard to know where I am now.
I turn them in completed.

I spent the evening indexing, and not one of them has been recorded. Also, the batches returned to my inbox after they were completed. Had to delete them. Very frustrated as there is no point of contact to correct error.
