"received an ordinance"

Please stop sending your bait-and-switch emails that an ordinance has been reserved for me for a relative. After I click into the email, I learn the ordinance has already been performed, but then, you say, here's another relative who needs an ordinance performed. Or as in today's case, I'm told the relative needs an ordinance performed, but when I go to her history, I find that most of her ordinances have been performed and the others are in process or reserved by someone.

Why bother me with these emails at all? I think your artificial intelligence bots need more intelligence.

In your account settings, on familysearch.org, you can select which, if any, notifications to receive.
