why is family search so difficult to access information/and transparency with this company

I can not access nor ask a direct question, get help, with anything. I will no longer contribute... Horrible customer service.

    What questions do you have? How can we help? This community forum is a great place for asking questions. You can also read Knowledge Articles in the FamilySearch Help Center, found by clicking the circle with a question mark found in the top right corner in Community and FamilySearch. In that same location you can click on Contact us to talk to Support for you location.

    Keep in mind you are not paying a dime for the service - you cant compare this to a company where you have purchased a product. It sometimes comes down to limited resources - Millions of Users on FS - but a limited number of paid employees.

    Having said that though, hundreds of of people are here in the community that are very helpful and thousands of volunteers who are more than willing to help answer questions.
