How do I suggest corrections on locked data

Several pages of the 1950 census have Conway, Conway, Arkansas as the Event Location, and Uelborn, Conway, Arkansas as the Original Event Location. Both are incorrect. Conway city Arkansas is not in Conway County (it is, and was at the time, in Faulkner County), so Conway, Conway, Arkansas does not exist now or in 1950. But Conway city is incorrect for these entries, anyhow. The correct original entry should be Welborn, Conway, Arkansas, which is indeed a township in Conway County, and should be the correct Event Location. If any change is necessary, it would be better to change it to Morrilton, Conway, Arkansas, the closest major town. I cannot change the data. It has a lock saying several entries are associated with the data. See example at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6XBQ-8CXK

    You are correct. The Township is Welborn - the transcription of Uelborn was most likely done by a computer and is an error.
