How do I suggest corrections on locked data
Several pages of the 1950 census have Conway, Conway, Arkansas as the Event Location, and Uelborn, Conway, Arkansas as the Original Event Location. Both are incorrect. Conway city Arkansas is not in Conway County (it is, and was at the time, in Faulkner County), so Conway, Conway, Arkansas does not exist now or in 1950. But Conway city is incorrect for these entries, anyhow. The correct original entry should be Welborn, Conway, Arkansas, which is indeed a township in Conway County, and should be the correct Event Location. If any change is necessary, it would be better to change it to Morrilton, Conway, Arkansas, the closest major town. I cannot change the data. It has a lock saying several entries are associated with the data. See example at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6XBQ-8CXK

You are correct. The Township is Welborn - the transcription of Uelborn was most likely done by a computer and is an error.
The Enumeration District Map for the area confirms this information:

@Bill Holt Thank you for reporting the inaccurate place identification in the index of the US 1950 Census. We looked at the image associated with the URL you provided and see that the census document itself gives the place as Welborn, Conway, Arkansas.
The 1950 Census was computer-indexed initially and mis-interpreted Welborn. Unfortunately, the place standardization software came behind and just made it worse. We will report this problem to the group that can take a look and make corrections. We are not able to predict how long it might take for a correction to be in place.
Meanwhile, you can still use the census as a source for family members. You can attach and add a note about the error; you can edit the place in source linker as you attach the source; or you can choose to use the image as your source, thereby bypassing the flawed index.
