Time difference
I talked to a Sister that was trying to help a member from Jamaica They both live in NYC and she was upset because of the time difference, ie we do not answer the phone in NYC till 3:00 Pm. She wanted the system changed to accommodate their circumstances to be able to help people during the hours that they attend their services. I explained our hours and she was so insistent that I told her That I would pass this on.
