Preferred parents show in print preview but not printed version of fan chart

Hello, I am wondering if anyone else has encountered an issue in which they click on "Print" and then choose "Fan Chart" and see one name in the print preview (the one I set as the preferred parent, the one I want printed), but then the name of another (non-preferred) person (the other spouse, not set as preferred) shows up once you click "Download" or "Print" (again). Very mysterious to me...
