Question: What is the book title/URL? Is it imaged in FamilySearch Books?
As far as I know - your small indexing project is not adoptable into FamilySearch indexing. Not that your libraries project is not important - but I think they focus on larger projects. Here is a previous thread with similar question:
A couple other links of interest:
I think FamilySearch would prefer books be donated and then going through their own digitizing/indexing process than to support all possible/separate indexing projects.

Thanks for the reply. Here's my first project: Capture Date October 28, 2022. Title Will Books Volume Book 3 Creator Johnson County Probate Court Custodian Date Available October 28, 2022. Image Group Number (DGS) 109958805. Citation • Copy Citation "Johnson, Indiana, United States Records," images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHV-GQF6-GC99 : January 21, 2023), image 1 of 616; Johnson County Probate Court. We at the Johnson County History Museum will be doing all the indexing work, we are not asking for help with that, as was in your example. All I'm asking is if there is maybe some specific spreadsheet format that we could be using as we do this, which then in turn, when we're done, could be sent or uploaded or whatever to Family Search? So that our index work would be available online?

Ah, Good to know it already exists in FamilySearch Images. I would suggest the FamilySearch Archives route/page (above link) for contact - since you are representing such a Project (yes it would be good to have your indexing incorporated). The thread I included I believe has a prior page or link with contact/phone number - but the Archives page/contact may be the same... I believe (but do not know) FamilySearch does establish private/limited group indexing Projects for some Archives. The point I was trying to make in this prior thread - was to have an open source/accessible indexing feature for Family Group indexing projects/Memories shared image projects.

OK thanks again. I did find the suggested contact in the previous thread as:
To find out more about potential opportunities to help, call toll free 1-844-326-4478 or email preservation@FamilySearch.org."
So I'll try sending them an e-mail and see what happens.

I would probably CC: archives@FamilySearch.org also.
