Connection from FamilySearch to Ancestry is missing

I have a Free Ancestry Account and a church of Jesus Christ FamilySearch Account. The link that connects to two accounts is missing. How can I connect the two so I can transfer sources from one to another

Hi Becky - Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking your question about your Ancestry connection. These types of problems are normally handled by a phone call but there are a couple of things for you to try. Please log into your Ancestry account, click on your name at the upper right, click on account settings and make a note of type of membership. If is says Church of Jesus Christ.... you should be good to go. If is says, registered guest, then there is more work to be done. If after doing this, you still need help, please call 866- 406-1830 and ask for help linking your ancestry account. In the meantime, please do not create another ancestry account. Thanks.

Thank you for answering my question. I followed your instructions and under account settings I find that I am listed as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints not registered quests. Is there something else I had clicked off that should be on?
