Justification for requesting ordinance

When someone is requesting permission to do ordinance work for someone who has not living relatives, there should be a comment box so the requestor can supply reasons or justifications for why they want to do this work. Made a request for a 10th cousin of my wife who was a good friend of my Father and who helped him join the church, but there was no place to explain this.
