I received a South Africa Cemetery Record [Part F][MQ3F-17Y]. Should this project image be indexed? This type of image was not included in the project instructions; but it appears to contain names and dates. I could not identify the column headings in any of the previous (or following) images connected to my batch. I could easily surmise the data as follows: column 2: burial date; column 5: given name initials; column 6: surname; column 7: date of birth; column 8: date of death; column 9: cause of death; column 10: sex. Please advise.

Hi Deanne Selin Roberts, The only place I could find the column headings was on page 1. To see that you need to go to the original records using the information under About Batch. Yes it should be indexed and you have done well in figuring out the columns. The only one you have wrong is the date of burial. That is actually column 13 and it gives the date and time of burial if I interpreted the heading correctly.

    column 1 = Invoice Number

    column 2 = Date

column 13 = Date and Time of

and that is all you can read it is a spread sheet and the balance of the title has been truncated.

    The cemetery is Avalon.

    Hope this helps🙂
