I am not connected with FS. The FS Wiki page https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/FamilySearch_Center_Portal says
Puzzilla - Premium Services is available.
It has previously been said that this Wiki page has the most up to date information about what is available through the Portal.
As said in the post above, perhaps you will need to post in the Group FamilySearch Center Technical Support, provided you are in North America.

Have you verified that the portal extension is working properly? There was a notice a day or so ago that the portal was down and the engineers were working on it. I have not been to my center since then to verify.

I verified that the portal extension 3.1 is working on 19 Jan 2023 at the Bangor Maine Family Search Center. The only problem that I noticed was that the dot was gray and not connected so I had to click the dot, which brought the pop up that allows you to connect to the portal. Then the dot turned green.

If the dot is green and the link fails to open the site, you will need to call FSC Support to find the issue with the center computers. FSC Support by calling us from your FamilySearch Center at 1-866-406-1830 and select option 5 for FamilySearch Center Support between the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday Mountain Time.
