Something strange is going on with the wiki

I am able to sign in and under "Search" everything seems to be working EXCEPT when I try to access the WIKI. I get this message "Fatal error authenticating user." I have absolutely no idea what that means. Why is everything else working normally except access to the WIKI? If they are unable to "authenticate the user" why am I allowed to sign in? This makes no sense to me at all.

I don't know if this link will work or will help:

    I am having the same issue as Steve Schell, I am able to sign in and under "Search" everything seems to be working EXCEPT when I try to access the WIKI. I get the message "Fatal error authenticating user."

    I'm experiencing the same problem. I turned off my VPN but that didn't solve the problem.

    Interesting. I get the authentication error when I try to open it from a collection or my bookmarks but I can get it if type in the url https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Main_Page

    Edit - This has been reported. I will let you know when I hear anything back.

    @Veronica Gibilaro @Carol Thoma

    Are you still having this issue when you go to the research wiki? Thanks, Maile 🙂

    No. Works perfect now. Must have been some kind of glitch before! Thanks
