Hi,

I uploaded a GEDCOM file to FS in 2017, and now my tree is bigger and I have corrected many errors, so I have just uploaded the new tree today.

Do I need to delete my old tree after uploading the new one?

Kind regards

Hi and welcome to FamilySearch Community and posting your question about old GEDCOM files. The choice to keep or delete the old file is up to you. But here is some thing to consider. If your new file is bigger and more accurate, it may be confusing to have the older file still there. If these were my files, I would chose to delete the old one, but again, the choice is yours. Hope this helps.
