cannot do anything i need to do because error message pops up....please fix.....website is useless

    What error message are you seeing and where? That is - are you trying to work in the tree or search in records or something else?

    Have you tried the basic first troubleshooting steps of trying a different browser or clearing your cookies/cache in your preferred browser?
