Why is "Surrogate Mother" NOT not listed as a Relationship Type?

As another user, I would think the answer to your question is the same as the question "Why are the other probably dozen possible relationships not there?" They have just never been added.

Someone should probably take the time to compile a list of all possible relationships thorough history, including the complexities of modern life, and request they be added if felt appropriate.
