Improved Insights into County Boundary Movements in the United States

Issue: Boundary lines for U.S. counties move over time. This affects genealogical records search strategy.

Documentation of boundary line moments is available here: https://digital.newberry.org/ahcb/map/map.html#GA

This resource documents boundary changes over time. It provides insight into the change. It does not provide the (legislative) authority for that change.

Proposed solution: Consider linking this resource to Family Search guidance pages if the licensing terms allow this.

That is a issue, here is a minor fix is telling people where the records might be located for the certain time period, this idea could also be useful on records out side the US, Due to how they change from country to country too.
