Hello, I am searching for information on my ancestors in Marcellinara, Catanzarao, Italy. You have the records after 1865 online for me to view the microfilmed copies of the records, but the older records are not available for viewing online yet. Do you have a timeline for doing so? I have been researching my ancestors for 9 years now and keep waiting for those to go online since I am in Texas and cannot travel to Salt Lake City for a week to do my research. Can you offer me any help? Thank you.

The records for Marcellinara prior to 1865 are available to view at all local Family History Centers and Affiliate Libraries. There are many in Texas. FHC

Does anyone know if records from Italy are available for years earlier than 1809?

Before 1809, for Italy, you'll want to look at church records.
