Someone posted my Mother's vital information 4 months after her death. Grieving families should not have to deal with this. Find a Grave took steps to address this; FamilySearch should too!

@Philip Provencio, sorry for your loss. Usually death notices are posted in newspapers. Often obituaries. Sometimes funeral homes post vital data online. Are you opposed to all of these actions or just the fact that there was a profile recorded on FamilySearch?

Phil sorry for your loss, Yes the data needs to be put on, here for everybody, but the main question is how long do people have to wait? I see both points of view. I remember some People I knew they Put the info in after a few days, and some it was a longer time. I can see their needs to be a little time to respect the Families, but the big question is how long.. On this issue my suggestion would be around a few months, but due to Newspapers and others things like that, I am not sure how this issue would be handled.
