Hello! :) I'm looking forward to seeing the birth certificate of a member of my family. It seems to be in a microfilm only available at Utah and I can't go there right now. Is there a way to ask for help? If it says that it is at a FamilySearch center, does it mean that I have to be there or can I access from another part of the world?

You could try the Family History Library's Lookup Service: https://www.familysearch.org/en/library/record-lookup-service

When asking for an image from a film that has the film reel icon, you're kind of at the mercy of the assigned volunteer's interpretation/understanding of the rules, but you can mention in your request that other records with the same date ranges from the same place are freely available online (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/429186), so whatever the source of the restriction, it's not from the image you need.
