In the Family Groups show the printed ordinances

The Family Groups don't show the printed ordinances and I spent about two hours trying to figure out what my problem was and Family Search support spent about 30 minutes.

My grandson had printed out the Baptism and Confirmation but had not performed the ordinances yet. When the support person suggested I look the ordinances for that person I saw that indeed my grandson had printed it out.
