Ability to select parent from pedigree view "For Birth parent and adopted sealed parent"

Could you please make a dropdown from the pedigree chart that will enable me to choose my grandfather's birth parents or his adopted/sealing parents?

Which pedigree chart are you referring to? Demonstrating on the beta site, in the Landscape view you just click on the little arrow in front of the parents name. You do have to have the Options set to show the alternate parents:

In the Fan and Portrait pedigree charts, you do have to go to the child's person page to set preferred parents in order to change which parents show in those charts.
