Delete backslash at end of surnames

It would seem to be an easy programing activity to seach names and replace all of the blackslashes with a space. This would eliminate many hours deleting on a individual by individual basis and having the program tell me I can't do temple work for an individual simply because they have a backslash at the end of their surname. I think I have deleted a 1000 or more in the past 10 years.

It would seem easy, but it also seems that every time FamilySearch has tried an automated routine to do global changes in Family Tree, there are unintended side effects that are worse than the original problem. I think it is best we delete these one by one as we come to them.
