I have a batch that has a different document than the others. Should I still index what I can?

The batch code is MQ9N-VTP so if anyone could take a look at the third image that would be great. Please let me know what to do.

    Project Instructions:

    • Index all identification cards, passport applications, certificates of citizenship, other application papers, and permits.

So I would try to index it.
