If you look at the Information tab on the image, you can see that it's a multi-item film: item 1 is Pietrapertosa, and item 2 is Potenza. Apparently, whatever process you chose (six years ago) for attaching the image as a source generated the title using the beginning of the film. I'm not sure what that process was, because when I click the "Attach to Family Tree" button, it generates the title "Italy, Potenza, Potenza, Civil Registration (Tribunale), 1866-1910; https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-9949-19Z3?cc=2043547&wc=M795-WZS%3A392227201%2C392420201%2C392420202" -- but it's all moot, because either way, the title can and should be edited.

I've had plenty of instances of this in the past. As Julia says, the detail that appears in the box often relates to the first (or another) item on the film. In my case, the "wrong" Norfolk, England parish appeared in the Source Title box. If adding such a source to a specific ID, I would always edit the source title to include the name of the individual to whom the event relates, so would just delete and replace (correct) the parish / place name at the same time. Of course, at any stage you can edit the title to how you think it should be best displayed.
Yes, this issue has caused me plenty of confusion in thinking I might have got my parishes mixed-up. The thumbnail view of the images often makes it clear to which section of the film the record / page relates, so you can confirm whether the correct place name really is as shown in the box.
