Why does My Heritage keep bringing me to their 14 day free trail?

Hi, I am signed up for My Heritage with a free membership with FamilySearch.org. How can I bypass the My Heritage 14-day free trial? Do I have to renew my membership every year to correct this problem? For example with the basic plan (Premium Plus) it states I should be able to search trees, but whenever I click on the tree I am interested in it takes me automatically to the 14-day free trial.

Update: I was able to sort things out with MyHeritage Sales Rep. He was very good and thorough in wanting to help me solve my problem. All is good. Thank you.

Hi Carolyn Welcome to Family Search Community and posting your question about My Heritage. The most common cause of what you are seeing is that you are not signed into My Heritage. If you are signed in, you should see your name at the upper right portion of the screen. Clicking on My Heritage from a person page in Family Search is not a sign in. Most people stay signed in but sometimes for various reason, you will end up not being signed in. so just make sure you are signed in. Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
