I am getting an error message that says “Oops, something went wrong. Please refresh the page” when trying to view any “person page” in my family tree. Please help!

The easiest first step in troubleshooting such errors is to try it in a different browser. If it works there, then some housekeeping (deleting your FS-related cache and cookies) in the original browser should restore functionality.

Basically, FS for some reason is particularly prone to errors caused by momentary connectivity glitches. I think they have their timeouts set too short: they allow the browser to be too impatient. The other part of the problem is that browsers are designed to save bandwidth and time by saving files locally and re-using them, instead of downloading everything freshly every time. So then you have this corrupted or error-message file being "helpfully" served up again and again, instead of a fresh, working version being retrieved. Clearing your FS-related browsing history gives your browser the whack upside the head that it needs.
