Green boxes for ordinances

I'd love to see two different colors for green ordinance boxes. It's a distraction to have to identify people over and under the 110 year mark. As I look at cousins, aunts and uncles in a descendency chart, it would be nice to know at a glance if I can do the ordinance work without requesting permissions. It seems like this would be a simple change because the system already identifies by birthdate and knows when I need permission. Now tell me instead of expecting me to calculate in my head!
