Grant upgrade!

Today, after being prompted to upgrade my two-day-old family tree, I only get an error message: 500 Internal Server Error. We are sorry, but the page you are trying to access has an error. What's next, Return to the home page or choose a new activity from the main site menu.
So now I cannot even view my family tree to continue working on it. I noticed back in February that others have complained of receiving the same error. Could you please fix the problem and help me to view my tree so I can continue working on it? Is there a way to return my tree back to the older version?
Please advise me, because my hands are tied at this point. If I find new family information, I have no way of adding it to my tree because it is not viewable.

It is some years since I have been able to view my tree, or add to it, the last time was when the net shut me down on the election of the USA presidant grant. When I tried to enter him on my family tree, it was two weeks later when I got a a CP back. I have had nothing since from Family tree when I try to go on line for the tree.
