It is my understanding that we should index everything that pertains to the project. Should the Oath of Allegiance also be indexed on this page? https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/b64f22f4-50a5-4300-b8cf-3eba9a507a76

We don't index everything that pertains to this project. Per the Project Instructions:

Do not index certificates of arrival, affidavits of witnesses, or depositions.

In terms of the OOA, it should be indexed. Follow the Overlay Instructions:

However, if the document behind the overlay shows a record that should be indexed in this project and the document is not shown on another image in the same batch, index as much of it as you can see. This instruction is an exception to the "General Indexing Guidelines" and should only be used for this project.

Also, don't forget you are going to combine the information from both documents when the image has two documents for the same person. So, on Image 1, there is a lot more information that can be indexed for

Given Name: Jake or Jacob or Jankel

    Surname: Shulman or Schulmann

along with birth and record dates and spouses name.

(One could argue that since we aren't indexing the Cert of Arrivals, we would leave off Jankel Schulmann).

The same applies for Image 4. [Correction: Image 3 IS indexed since it is a Facts of Petition document and there is an example of how to index them.]
