Have you checked to make sure that the individuals/persons are actually sill in your Ancestral lines.
.
Their lines may have been "Changed" through a, "Merge"/"Combine"; and/or, "Removal" from a Family, by another User/Patron.
.
You can also look at the "ChangeLog" of the individuals/persons concerned to see if there has been any, "Merging"/"Combining"; and/or, "Removal" from a Family.
.
Remember, one's Ancestral lines can "Change" (considerably) if another User/Patron, "Merges"/"Combines"; and/or, "Removes" from a Family.
.
One of the best ways to keep on top of any, "Merges"/"Combines"; and/or, "Removals" from a Family, in fact, any "Changes", is to have your closest and direct Ancestors on you "Watch" List. You can "Watch" up to 40000 individuals/persons at any one time. You will receive a "Weekly" E-mail from "FamilySearch" on any "Changes" to any of those you are "Watching". But, even better, there is a "Watch" List of up to the last 400 "Changes" (latest at the top) for any of the individuals/persons that you are "Watching" that you can check whenever you like - I check my list at least twice a day (very easy to keep on top of) - I to do this to be proactive, instead of waiting for the "Weekly" E-mail.
.
I hope this helps.
