My sister can't create a new account with her membership number
Hello Family Search,
I made an account with my sister about three or four years ago with her membership number, but the email that I might have used doesn't exist anymore. We can't remember the username, password, or recovery email.
We tried to make her a new account together, but we couldn't use the membership number, and so she can't reserve baptisms or even see who needs baptizing.
Could you please help?

Hi Welcome to Family Search Community and posting your question about logging into accounts. This is something which needs to be handled on a phone call with your sister. Have her call 866-406-1830 8am to 8pm MT Monday through Saturday or 1 pm to 8 pm on Sunday. Make sure she has her membership number when calling. If you are helping her, she will need to be available on the phone call. They will be able to help. Let us know if you need any other help. Thanks.
