For 2 weeks we have been unable to share batches for indexing. It causes a lot of frustration. Please have is fixed as soon as possible.
I was just able to open a shared batch using the batch code given. I am not sure if that means they have fixed something or I was just lucky!! 🙂

I haven't had that problem. Are you not seeing "Help" at the top of the indexing page?
I was able to both share and open a shared batch. I did both using the batch code. Do you have a screen shot of the error you are receiving?
