These are marriage records. There are a couple of hints. The first is "dr of'. This first appears under Lydia Helsey. The second hint is "ward of". "Ward of" means that a person is in the custody of an adult that is not his/her parent(s). Noah Price is the ward of John W. Price. Do not index John W. Price in the Father's name field. John could be an uncle, grandfather or another person. We simply do not know and it's not our job to speculate. The third hint is "son of". This is the same as "dr of". With both "dr of" and "son of", index the appropriate parent(s), but do not use the spouses' last name. We don't assume surnames from the surname of others listed on the document.

The rest of the third name for each entry is most likely the person giving their consent for a spouse to marry the other spouse. Since we don't know if any of these people are related to the spouse, mark the Parents' fields blank.
