FamilySearch Group in Sweden
I suggest that someone who is fluent in reading and writing Swedish handwriting to translate family history documents into English.

You probably need to be more specific in your suggestion here. Are you suggesting that FamilySearch start a project of full translations of family history documents such as parish registers? There is no way they have the resources for that. Are you suggesting that only Swedes do indexing of Swedish documents? Are you suggesting they compile a list of researchers they can refer people to who need translation help for users of FamilySearch?
