please see batch info I shared.
There is a discrepancy between the interment and the burial order regarding the burial day, month and year. On the example of the Burial Order in the project instructions it states where to put the info for burial day, month and year. There is no Internment examples to which I can refer to answer this question. The burial dates differ on each of these documents , for everyone I am trying to review.
Please help clarify so I do this accurately. Thank you very much.

Please share the batch code, not a link. The batch code can be found at the top of the indexing screen and looks like [1111-AAA], under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share Batch.

On image 1, I only see a date of issue, the 16th. The instructions say:
- The issue date may be recorded as the burial date on some records if a date is needed.
For this reason I would use 16/3/2005 for burial date on that entry. This goes along with what we are shown in example #4 in the project instructions.
On image 2 there is a time and date given which is on the 17 and yes this is a discrepancy. The researcher will be able to view the documents and this should not be a problem.
This is just my opinion. Hope it helps.🙂

Thank you for your time. Is your opinion the answer, as to how I should proceed with the documents? Put in the dates regardless if they are different or not? Just want to clarify.
Thanks again.

Reading the forms, the difference in dates and the forms is that Image 1 is signed by the Funeral Home, and allows for the removal of the body from there to the cemetery. Image 2 is for the cemetery and outlines the actual burial there.
So on the 16th the body was at Kay Vee Funeral Home for prep and possibly the funeral. Then it was transferred to Avalon Cemetery (Johannesburg City Parks) on the 17th, where it was buried at 11:00 am.
Image 1 does not, in this case, give the burial day. The sample is indexed incorrectly. It is the date the order to remove the body for burial was issued.

Thank you for more clarification. It helps so much to better understand why the sample was throwing me off. I appreciate your time.

I am reviewing these documents. But since the interment document was listed as "no extractable data", I will index it and then review it after. It seems the info on these documents are nearly duplicates. Do you agree?
