I could access all the sample images I tried in the film linked above.

I also looked at the thumbnail versions, and all seemed to be displaying OK.

Have you tried clearing your browser history? That sometimes helps.

    Thx for the quick respose.

I tried to clear browser cache (even a different browser).

    other example link: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-99VF-K6C6?i=272&cat=430359

There is a "popup" that dissapear very quickly saying: "Fehler beim Laden der Aufnahme. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut."

I think you're probably just coming up against FS's throttle on image access. As far as anyone can tell, this is completely and utterly independent of what exactly you're looking at; all that matters is the cumulative number of images, and the traffic level at the time. If it's not a busy time for the servers, you might never see the behavior, but if you're looking at the same time as half of your neighbors, then it might kick in as soon as 15-20 image views.

The only "fix" is to wait it out -- and the time period for that can vary just as much as the number of images.

One aspect of the throttle that obscures it is that even once it has kicked in, you can go back to the images you've already viewed, and they work as expected. It's just not-yet-seen images that refuse to come into focus.

The engineers made some changes to this. Has anyone in this post had this issue in the last 30 days?
