Sometimes this message is displayed when I try to access a suggested record, for example, when I try to open this suggestion on this person's profile: GFGP-739

When I click on "SHOW ALL", some information about this record is shown:

Now that I have the date and the place of the event, I can look for the image myself. And I was able to access it, despite the error message.

Below is the record image, but there is no indexed information for it:

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSW7-R2J6

On the other hand, the previous and next image indexes are all fine and viewable when I search for them.

So I wonder if this error is related to some issue with the indexing.

Many people in Brazil have been reporting this error message in groups.
